Who We Are

Travel Holic is an independent car rental booking service operated by XLNC VISA CONSULTANT. We are not a car rental company. We do not own, maintain, or operate any rental vehicles. We act as an independent intermediary that helps customers compare rates and book vehicles with established car rental brands including Alamo, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, and Avis.

Our Role in Bookings

When you book through Travel Holic:

• We search rates across multiple car rental brands for your requested dates and location.
• We present you with options and recommendations based on price, vehicle type, and availability.
• Once you select a booking, we process the reservation with the corresponding rental company.
• The rental agreement itself is between you and the car rental company, not between you and Travel Holic.

We do not guarantee specific vehicles, availability, or pricing until a reservation is confirmed. Car rental companies reserve the right to modify vehicle assignments based on fleet availability at the time of pickup.

Pricing and Payments

• Prices quoted by our agents are based on rates available at the time of the call. Rates may change if the booking is not confirmed during the same call.
• The final rental cost may include taxes, airport fees, and surcharges imposed by the rental company or local authorities. Our agents will inform you of the estimated total before confirming your booking.
• Payment is typically collected at the time of booking. Some reservations may allow payment at pickup — your agent will specify which applies.
• Service fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you authorize payment.

Modifications and Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your booking by calling us at +1 (833) 611-8283. Please note:

• Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.
• Cancellation policies vary by brand and rate type. Some prepaid rates are non-refundable.
• Detailed cancellation terms are explained at the time of booking and included in your confirmation email.

Driver Requirements

Car rental companies have their own driver requirements. Common requirements include:

• Minimum age of 21 (with a young driver surcharge for renters 21–24).
• A valid driver's license held for at least one year.
• A credit or debit card in the primary driver's name.
• International travelers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP).

If you are denied a rental at the counter due to not meeting the rental company's requirements, Travel Holic is not liable for any resulting costs.

Limitation of Liability

Travel Holic acts as a booking facilitator. We are not responsible for the condition of rental vehicles, the conduct of rental company employees, accidents or damages during the rental period, or changes to rental company policies after booking. Your rental agreement with the car rental company governs the terms of your rental experience.

Governing Law
